Experience:
I started in 1999 as a Receptionist for a Mortgage Company here in Greeley, and from there briefly worked at a Title Company that covered Weld County. From there, I went to work with a major Real Estate Company in Greeley as an assistant for 19 agents. It taught me a lot about Real Estate and how to deal with the everyday problems that may arise in purchasing your dream home.

I enjoy working with 1st time home buyers and educating them in the process of buying a home, and in the past few years I have worked in depth with banks. I manage, list and sell in towns all over the county including: Greeley, Evans, LaSalle, Fort Lupton, Windsor, Johnstown, Milliken, Severance, Kersey, Eaton, and all points in between. My range is from Briggsdale to Mead.

I add to my experience in working with the banks by providing in depth market analysis of properties that they want to list and am up to date with current market conditions. If you want an HONEST evaluation on your property and not some fluff, then I am who you are looking for.

Beliefs:
I have down to earth values. My daddy always said, “if you have to do it, do it right,” and “let your conscious be your guide”. I believe in those mottos. I don’t need the fancy cars or expensive houses to do a good job for you. I just have to be honest and work hard to make your dream come true.


Hobbies:
I am currently renovating my home; it was built in 1895 in the heart of Greeley. It has given me the chance to expand my home improvement skills: drywall work, painting, electrical work and refinishing wood floors. I have become quite the expert at what works and what doesn’t, so if you are buying a “fixer-upper” let’s talk about it!

I am a native of Weld County, born and raised in the Kersey area. My husband and I raised our two children in the Kersey area where we own a dairy farm. I recieved a Liberal Arts degree in 1989 and an Accounting degree in 1991, both with a 4. average. My past experience includes 10 years as a credit manager for a large department store and 15 plus years as a paralegal.

Hobbies:
I like to spend my leisure time reading or sewing. I travel quite a bit and have seen many marvelous things. I am blessed with four grandchildren and their various school and sports activities fill a lot of my spare time.

Experience:
I got my real estate license in 1996. I took the extra steps to earn my GRI degree as well as the Century 21 designation of Relocation Specialist. Because of my rural background, I have the special knowledge it takes to buy ir sell those rural properties, whether it be single acre ranchettes or operating farms. I have sold commercial building and vacant land. Relocations are challenging because of the special needs and concerns of buyers moving on short notice. I have sold forclosed and bank owned properties and dealt with the numerous problems thest distressed properties provide. My most preferred transactions are residential sales where I can help those first time buyers find that perfect home and see the glow of pride and joy on their faces.

I love selling real estate. I work hard to market the seller's property at the best price in a reasonable amount of time and enjoy helping the buyer's find that dream home. Every transaction provides me with new knowledge, interesting experiences and long lasting friends.

Originally from Iowa farm country, I have been a Greeley area resident for 25+ years. I have worked in construction as well as the management level of the corporate world. My wife is also a successful Northern Colorado real estate agent. We are raising our 3 children here and have a vested interest in the growth and improvement of the Greeley area.
